Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Start your 14-day free trial with just your email address. No card required, and we won’t auto-charge you at the end.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for the number of active users in your workspace. The per-user rate drops automatically when you cross a volume tier. All users move to the lower rate.
Is there a refund policy?
Refund requests on annual plans made within 7 days of first purchase may be considered if the account has not been substantially used. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period. See our Terms for details.
What counts as a Founding Customer?
The first 10 businesses that subscribe to any paid plan. Once you’re in, you lock in 50% off for the lifetime of your subscription, even as prices go up for new customers.
Are WhatsApp / SMS / calling charges included?
No. Communication add-ons (WhatsApp API, SMS, outbound calling) are billed separately at actual usage or pass-through cost. Your plan fee covers the CRM features only.
